Client-Centered Therapy for Adults

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, or neurodivergence.. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, burned out, or simply longing for change, you don’t have to figure it out alone. My hope is to offer you a space that feels safe, steady, and deeply respectful of who you are.

At Arnica Mental Health in Boulder, CO, I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, emotional overwhelm, or complex nervous system responses. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Brainspotting—gentle but powerful methods that help us work with both the mind and the body to support lasting healing.

I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults—including those with ADHD, Autism, and sensory sensitivities. Therapy shouldn’t ask you to mask or fit into someone else’s mold. Here, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are. Your unique ways of thinking, feeling, and moving through the world are honored, not pathologized.

Most importantly, I want you to feel safe, supported, and truly cared for in our work together. Healing doesn’t happen overnight—but it does happen in trusting relationships and grounded spaces, and in spaces.

When you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you.
